Realtevo Investments LLC d/b/a RealtevoOS (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the RealtevoOS platform at app.realtevoos.com (the “Service”). • Property Information: Property details, reservation data, guest communications, and related operational data imported from your property management system (e.g., Guesty).
• Communications: Messages, support requests, and feedback you send to us.

2.2 Information from Third-Party Services

• Google Account: When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. If you connect Google Drive, we access your Drive files in read-only mode to display documents within the platform.
• Guesty: Property listings, reservations, guest data, and communications from your Guesty account.
• Stripe: Payment processing data, invoice status, and subscription information.

2.3 Automatically Collected Information

• Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, AI agent interactions, timestamps, and session duration.
• Device Information: Browser type, operating system, IP address, and device identifiers.
• Cookies: Session cookies for authentication and preferences.

• Your Team Members: Data may be visible to team members you add to your RealtevoOS account based on their assigned role and permissions.
• Legal Requirements: When required by law, subpoena, or government request, or to protect rights, safety, or property.
• Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including:

• Encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest

• OAuth 2.0 for third-party integrations (no raw password storage for connected services)
• Per-client data isolation — your data is not accessible by other clients
• Regular security reviews and access controls

However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you cancel your subscription, we retain your data for 90 days in case you reactivate, then permanently delete it. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us.
